Acceptance

By creating an account or using the LeroLero API, the business accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy and contracts AKIO TECH LABS LTDA. Whoever accepts on behalf of the business declares they are authorized to do so.

The service

LeroLero connects the business to the official WhatsApp Business API by Meta to send and receive messages and to manage templates, numbers, contacts and webhooks. Delivery depends on Meta: template approval, number quality and limits are decided by Meta.

Acceptable use

The business agrees to:

• Follow the WhatsApp Business Terms, Meta Commerce Policy and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
• Send business-initiated messages only to people who opted in to receive WhatsApp messages from that brand, and keep the proof.
• Honor opt-out requests immediately.
• Not send spam, purchased lists, misleading, illegal or Meta-prohibited content, nor ask for passwords or card details over WhatsApp.
• Not impersonate another business nor try to bypass LeroLero or Meta limits and safeguards.

Resellers

A business that resells LeroLero to its customers is responsible for them: it must ensure each customer follows these Terms and Meta policies, have a contract with them covering data processing and handle data subject requests. A customer in breach may be paused or suspended without affecting the others.

Plans and billing

The LeroLero plan is billed by AKIO TECH LABS LTDA, monthly or yearly, as contracted. Conversation charges by Meta are paid by the business directly to Meta, through the payment method set up in WhatsApp Manager; the amounts LeroLero shows are estimates. Without payment, sending may be blocked until settled; incoming messages keep arriving.

Suspension and termination

AKIO TECH LABS may pause or suspend an account, customer or number that breaches these Terms, puts the platform at risk or is subject to an order from Meta or an authority. Whenever possible we notify in advance and state the reason. The business may close its account at any time through the dashboard or by email.

Limitation of liability

LeroLero is provided as is. AKIO TECH LABS is not liable for Meta outages, rule or price changes, number restrictions decided by Meta, nor for message content, which belongs to the business. AKIO TECH LABS’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the plan in the 12 months before the event.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Divinópolis/MG, Brazil, where AKIO TECH LABS LTDA is headquartered, have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law grants another venue. Questions: desenvolvimento@lerolero.tech.
